Have you ever worked out on a rebounder?
If you don't even know what a rebounder is, neither did I until just recently.
A rebounder is a mini-trampoline.
And it is one of the most fun ways to workout I've ever tried.
Yup - I just used "fun" and "workout" in the same sentence ^^^

So, what's so great about working out with a rebounder?
Well, besides feeling like a kid again.....

* low impact to protect your joints
* can do both cardio & strength training at the same time (mostly lower body strength, but
plenty of core too)
* having to balance on an unstable surface strengthens your joints and stabilizer muscles
in ways many other exercises can't do
It's amazing how sore I felt in my legs after my first couple workouts but it just shows
that I am getting more results.
Best of the workouts can be as short as 15-20 minutes long.
