There is a lot of free information out there on how you can improve your health, get “ripped,” even “blast” away body fat.
What does it even mean to blast away body fat? I picture someone standing in front of someone with a power washer, knocking them over with a high-pressure stream of pain and red skin.
Blog posts (like this one), podcasts, YouTube videos, eBooks - all for FREE.
A lot of them suck, and may even be filled with misinformation or lies, but some of them are actually pretty great. I consume a lot of free information myself and share them out at times.
But there’s no value in free. It’s kind of like talk, which is cheap.
I’m not saying don’t go after free content. However, there are times you want to put skin in the game to get something more valuable.
Not the blistered skin after the fat-blasting power wash i described above.
Paying for premium content, hiring a coach or personal trainer, getting better workout gear or signing up for a class are just a few of the many things you can do.
That's how you can accelerate your progress and hold yourself accountable.
Money may not always buy happiness, but it can certainly get you some help.
