How by taking this magic pill, your body’s cells will respond in the same way as if they just did a bout of exercise.
It doesn’t take long to find a list of all the benefits of exercise. I’ve heard it referred to as the “fountain of youth” thanks to the positive effects it has on the cellular aging process.
There’s no denying that most people hate to exercise.
Well, that’s too damn bad for them.
There is no other option if they want to have a life of vitality.
Perhaps this pill will become a thing someday and actually provide some health benefits. The discussion on helping those unfortunate enough to have certain physical ailments sounds promising.
But the part of the show where they talk about all of the benefits of what actually happens inside the body when it gets regularly worked out, and how much of it is still unknown, is what matters for most of us.
