Or needs the energy & focus to fly across the country last minute to close
Maybe the version of you that has an active kid that needs chasing around
That future you is counting on today you to make better choices.
And it can't be for just one day, one week, or even one month.
List out some of the things you imagine future you will want to do or
Then write down how that person needs to feel and how much energy they will
Does it match how you are today?
Luckily, you have between now and then to close that gap.
The number of days is finite though.
So, future you is hoping you use them all to the fullest.
