“Who do you write these posts for?”
I got asked that recently.
And it was followed up with “Do you really think anyone is going to read all of them?”
There is in fact a specific audience I write these posts for.
I’ll start with who they are NOT for.
The people who say “I should start eating better, but…”
Those who say “I could be in much better shape if…”
Or the ones who go “If it weren’t for the fact I have a super-special job that is more time-consuming than anybody else’s on the planet, I would…”
These posts are not for them.
I write for the people who know they have realistic limits.
They can’t spend hours in the gym or in the kitchen.
They know they don’t have all the knowledge they need to make better decisions but are willing to learn.
The stuff they’ve tried in the past didn’t work or wasn’t sustainable.
But they want to improve their health regardless.
The people who “do it anyway.”
These posts are for them.
