Today is Super Bowl Sunday and for anyone that knows anything about sports
in the US knows this:
It's kind of a big deal.
So, what lesson can we take from the teams that made it this far?
It took a longterm plan to get them to this point today.
Once their previous season ended the planning for this season, and
ultimately today, started.
The regular season lasted over 4 months, then another month for the
playoffs, but the teams did not simply take things one week at a time.
They certainly needed to make weekly adjustments based on the outcomes of
each game, but those were built on top of the foundation they laid out for
the full season.
Same goes for how you approach your own self-care and lifestyle
transformation to get the body you've always wanted.
You need to start with a longterm plan that's been customized to your
lifestyle & preferences.
One that sets you up for success if you execute on it.
Each day may not go exactly as planned, but that won't knock you off course
because you know how to make adjustments.
And you know that the results will come if you remain consistent.
