This is part 3 of a 3-part series on how busy people can get into shape.
You’ve gone through the first two phases of “awareness” and “consistency,” which means you have already set yourself up nicely for longterm success!
That’s because you finally took a deeper look at your lifestyle.
You experimented with changes you can realistically make.
Now you’ve built up some new habits and realized it's not that difficult when you start small.
Thanks to your consistency those habits have become routines.
When something is a routine you no longer need to think about it - routines just happen (like brushing your teeth).
The next phase - “transformation” - is when things really get interesting.
You are ready to set more aggressive goals to accelerate your results.
This time though, you know these new changes are going to stick.
You no longer question yourself on "if" you can take better care of yourself.
Now it's a matter of "when" you are ready to get to the next level.
Most people jump right into extreme changes to their lifestyle that end up causing them to burnout.
You need to slowly recondition your mind and your body.
That’s why this 3-phased approach to get in shape (Awareness > Consistency > Transformation) is so effective.
