This is part 1 of a 3-part series on how busy people can get in shape.
It’s based around the 5 daily habits you need to work on to get the health & body you’ve always wanted (which I’ve named the "GetFitFormula”).
The 5 daily habits are: 1) mindfulness > 2) hydration > 3) sleep > 4) nutrition > 5) fitness.
The GetFitFormula’s ordering is two-fold: 1) priority in your life and 2) ease of implementation & mastery.
Trying to make major lifestyle changes in even just a couple of these areas at the same time can be very challenging.
That’s why I guide people through a 3-phased approach to implementing their own version of the GetFitFormula.
Phase I is the “awareness” phase where you start off by just observing your own daily habits & routines (or lack of) across the GetFitFormula and do some basic tracking.
Make some small tweaks to build some momentum and quick wins to prove to yourself that change is possible.
You don’t even need to bother with a scale during this phase. It’s more about assessing your lifestyle.
The number on the scale doesn’t matter if you are not equipped to move it in the direction you want and sustain those results.
