The definition of “happy”: feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.
The definition of “satisfied”: contented; pleased. For two words that have very similar definitions, they don’t really feel the same, do they? I encourage you to treat them very differently. When you are on a journey of change for you should be happy with your progress along the way. At any given “happy moment” though, you should not be satisfied. Because the work is not done. There is more progress to be made. And you’re more than happy to keep the journey going.
