Have you ever looked at the definition of the word ”endure?”

There are actually two definitions:

  1. suffer (something painful or difficult) patiently.
  2. remain in existence; last.

The first part is associated with something painful.

The second part is something long-lasting, which is often a good thing.

It’s the perfect word to describe what it’s like to build new habits and transform your lifestyle for the better.

It starts out hard.

At times it may literally feel painful if your body is not accustomed to working out or big changes to your nutrition.

Eventually, over time the new and better habits become routines.

They lead to a healthier lifestyle and ultimately a better you.

That’s the you that lasts for a long time.

The you that endures.

The only way to endure is by enduring.
