Later tonight across the good ‘ol US of A there will be plenty of spectacular firework shows.
They only last about 20-30 minutes, but the big ones are worth waiting all year for. The ones here in Boston are especially awesome.
Up in the sky, you see these beautiful, coordinated bursts of light. Almost like they are effortlessly floating around to just the right positions.
You probably don’t think much about what’s happening at ground level, though.
There are a lot of people down there, who spent a lot of time and effort meticulously planning for the show. They measure and test the setups repeatedly. They learn and evolve as the years go by to improve at their craft.
These amazing fireworks shows don’t just happen.
Neither will any changes you want to make to your health and body.
You are wanting to see an amazing display on the outside with how you look, like the fireworks bursting up in the air.
Instead, think about what’s going on at the ground level first.
If you don’t like the show that “team” is putting on, get a new one.
