In addition to the workouts, you would need 52 weeks of solid nutrition.
52 weeks of quality sleep.
Same amount of hydrating.
And also the mindset for 52 weeks (and beyond) that it's doable.
All of that makes up the “formula” for how to “tone up” (which just means
build muscle & lose body fat).
Again, the actual number of weeks does not matter.
